Just saw three huge cab-over style army trucks being flatbedded into the area. They were multi-wheeled units with a flat style bed with some type of cradle in the middle. Looked like a big dumpster truck without the dumpster. Never seen them before but I'm assume they are here for some type of flood relief, or mitigation. Yesterday I saw lots of LAVs and troop transport trucks roaming around the area.
