First gen Taurus in fantastic shape.  Even had the taillights with the amber indicators.

Picture from a restoration of a 1986 Taurus, done in Costa Rica.  It was a good read with plenty of good pics.

Saw a Lincoln Mark VIII on QEW around Mississauga today. Talk about timeless designs.

I had a 1998 Mark VIII LSC.  I put Mustang Cobra R wheels on it and lowered it a smidge.  It was Pearlescent white.

The LSC didn' thave a chrome grille, had a true dual exhaust, 3.27 gears, perforated leather etc.

LSC = Luxury Sport Coupe.

My stepfather had one of these.  I believe it was a '97 but not positive.  His was red.  Didn't it already have a self-lowering suspension?  I seem to remember it lowered an inch, or so after 50MPH.

It's even got two doors.

From some angles though, it looks quite a lot like a Mustang.

Yup, new one. Was also in black as pictured above, except without your silly North American reflectors of course. :D

Yeah the new 8 is pretty nice looking.   Spent some time staring at one in the Munich airport.

Perhaps the only current gen BMW where I actually like the styling as much as their older designs.

A new generation Nissan Leaf. Surprised at how tall is appears, seemed to be similar in height the the RAV4 it happened to be beside.

Googled it: Nissan Leaf 1560mm, previous gen RAV4 1,660–1,705mm, so the eye test was not very accurate...

I had a 1998 Mark VIII LSC.  I put Mustang Cobra R wheels on it and lowered it a smidge.  It was Pearlescent white.

That's correct.

But I had larger wheels, so I wanted to lower it a bit. Since the lowering was done by merely sliding the bracket, I still got the additional 1" drop at highway speeds.
