Subaru will no longer support CRC. so so sad. If u've been to any of the Rally events like Tall Pines, u'd notice the level of profesionalism that Subaru rally team brought. <sigh>

There were a ton of Subies in the spectator parking lot at Tall Pines. Ford or Mitsu might get enough sales to offset the cost of sponsorship? Are you listening Ford? Mitsu?

^^^^What he said. I can't bring myself to watch a NASCAR race on TV. Though I'll watch stock car racing (CASCAR, grass-roots) in person.

What's the point in watching a race (any race) if all you care about are the crashes and who ultimately wins?

Hehâ€¦.for something different I thought I would hack up a pic of myself and use it. All I could find on the lap top is a pic of me in my Bambi slayer gear. Notice Iâ€™m wearing the coveted successful moose hunter cap from my first kill in 1977. In the old days the MNR would give out caps to hunters who turned in the hide and lower jaw bone. Wearing a cap to me was a better option than tying the head to the hood of the F-150 and parading around town for a week.â€¦.how times have changed.

Damn good pix other than the orange bambi-killer hat contrasting with the red jacket. Suitably "Sudburyish" where men are men and women are, well, just women I guess (this could get off the rails pretty quickly so think I'll abandon this post).
