I don't see us transitioning over to an EV anytime in the near future. A plug in hybrid, sure, but I don't have any friends to impress with my greenes with an ev, so nay nay. Besides, the only two evs that have ever caught my eye are the Porsche Taycan and the Audi E-tron. I don't know how you would ever fleece over an entire apartment building to pay for someones charger if it doesn't benefit them.

I mentioned before my mother's condo voted down chargers a couple of years ago, the board just put it out for another vote and it was voted down by 83%
