So this is really cool. This company was founded a few years ago by some local engineering students and their initial idea was to build kits for converting ICE cars to EVs. They pivoted from that to concentrating on off-road EVs, specifically creating an "Off Road OS" that they want to sell to OEMs. The Adventure 1 basically showcases their tech.

I previously worked for a local software startup that was acquired by Salesforce, and some of the leadership/founders of that company are advisors at Potential Motors. Other advisors include the former Rivian chief creative officer and the former CTO of Polaris Off-Road, so they're certainly legit.

The Adventure 1 is quite compact (just 64" wide) yet has 604 hp and 160 km of off-road range. Starting price is $136,300 (I believe USD). Sounds like they're going to be made in very limited numbers. Deliveries start in 2025.
