I'm surprised the Rogue made the list. Could that be due to availability?

But why?! They should spend their time trying to figure out how to electrify their fleet…

Sedans are dead…not worth dumping more investment $$$ on them.

This will be the last ICE; I think they are going the Toyota, way, offering Hybrids as well as electric, which some bright spark thinks will push consumers over to EVs.

Or they figure the hybrids will be more popular than the gas versions moving forward.

Ya, I imagine inventory/supply issues can screw up the list. Here is Canada top 10 from 2019.

10. Hyundai Elantra – 39,463
9. Ford Escape – 39,503
8. Toyota Corolla – 47,596
7. Chevrolet Silverado – 53,484
6. GMC Sierra – 54,400
5. Honda CR-V – 55,859
4. Honda Civic – 60,139
3. Toyota RAV4 – 65,248
2. Ram Pickup – 96,673
1. Ford F-Series – 145,064

I'm surprised the Camry outsells the Civic and Corolla.  I think the US likes its large cars.  I imagine those two would outsell the Camry in Canada.

In Canada the Civic and Corolla almost always (if not always) outsell the Accord and Camry, and in the U.S. historically the opposite has been true.

Well the Rogue was all new in 2021, so maybe that had something to do with a spike in the first year or two.  They certainly seem to be more available than a Rav4 or CR-V currently.

I agree.

It's been like that since forever in the US. always F150, and Camry have been top sellers.

Top 10 vehicles for Canada 2021 (driving.ca)

10. Nissan Rogue: 29,926
9. Hyundai Kona: 31,101
8. Toyota Corolla: 40,019
7. Honda Civic: 43,556
6. Honda CR-V: 50,935
5. Chevrolet Silverado: 51,684
4. GMC Sierra: 53,757
3. Toyota RAV4: 61,934
2. Ram P/U: 73,467
1. Ford F-Series: 116,401

Looks at the list you'd never think the cost of energy had gone up at all. To fill these pick-ups it's over 150 bucks or more. You can easily guzzle that in a week or so.

Gas prices only shot up in 2022, for most of the pandemic they were lower than pre-pandemic prices.

I filled up in New Hampshire last week - 3.33 USD/gallon. Much cheaper than here, despite the exchange rate!

It still hasn't really deter people buying these trucks. Every 3rd car so it would seem, is one these Trucks.

Nope not one bit. Talking with my local Ford dealer who’s selling every f150/250/350 that comes in (although now at or even below MSRP now) and also high demand for Expeditions and Navigators. The Mach E’s are sitting on the lot now, they were selling like crazy when the gas prices spiked though. People got used to the price, now we think sub $2/L is “cheap gas”.

That's exactly the kind of whack-an-ipad-on-the-dash design that I really don't like.

I've grown to be okay with it, for two reasons, it's higher up on the dash so easier to glance at and not take my eyes off the road much, and it allows them to lower the dash height so you have a better view of the windshield and what's in front of you.  Mind you not all of this applied to all these kind of iPad tacked on designs.

Google speech recognition is pretty spot on. I don't think you need to touch it; I might add.

I agree, the wife's HRV has the in dash screen and the Q has the IPad design,  I find it easier  to use the Q when driving

Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach the man to fish and he wakes you up at 5 in the morning.

AoA first look.

It's like a big civic, its big and bland. Just needs to be beige.

It's looks dated, and like a VW, from the back.

I like it. Only wish the front overhang was shorter.
