Agreed, so much want for this, even without the manual.  Probably be around $100K here I'd say.  Hell I'd even take just a regular 340 version.  The more wagons the better.

Absolutely.  Also, would much rather a nice 340 estate than an X3....and so would my wife.

No, this would be priced ~$100,000 here based on existing pricing.

Gotcha so we only pay delivery, pdi,  air cond, tire tax, HST and GST.

The sedan with no extra options is $90500 out the door in Canada MSRP. The video mentioned a $30k lbs premium for the wagon. You don't think we will see a $30k  cdn premium?

So more like $120500?  :rofl2:

Pricing is never an XE.com exchange.  Even for cars here vs. the US.  Consider the Golf R which is $45K in the US and $50K here.

When I ordered my Golf R  the prices were the same in the USA and Canada.   In Canada the price went up $1000 in January unless you were paying cash.  I don't know about provinces except Ontario but here the dealers are not allowed to add "additional dealer markup"  which is very common in the USA.

Maybe they were referring to the weight difference, in pounds. Touring XX pounds more (i.e. heavier).

If it’s the Top Gear video, he was referring to 30kgs heavier.  So not only did you mishear that it referred to weight but you heard pounds when he said kgs.

In that same video he said it would be priced slightly more than the sedan.  Hence why I would assume in Canada it would be right around the $100k price point, but it’s not coming here regardless.

That’s comparing it to an M340i Touring.

Can’t believe I had to watch the video all the way to 6:40 to see what the confusion was. Not a total waste of time, though: that E46 M Touring concept was  . Don’t much care about the new one.  :P
