Did a fluid change, new brakes, some little things here and there, and she's sorted for the road. Threw the winter wheels on too, because there's officially salt on the roads here.
Things left:
-Triple beam LED headlights from the LS600h on the way
-GROM Vline wireless CarPlay module ordered and on the way
-Needs a new rear bumper because old people... it was poorly repaired and the paint match is unacceptable to me. Should be done by Monday.
Impressions vs. the LS430:
Many like Rrocket will say that the LS430 was the last "bespoke" feeling Lexus, where everything felt handmade and just overall more luxurious. I'll disagree, and say that while the LS430 feels extremely nice, the LS460 feels nicer in just about every way. The interior is about on par for me, and the more modern driving dynamics of the LS460 are absolutely worth the premium to me. Plus, I never really grew to like the LS430's slab-sided looks (always looked like an Asian copy of the W140/W210 Benz to me), and the LS460 has looked spectacular since the beginning. Cliff notes; the LS 430 was fantastic, and I loved it, but once you've had a 460 you can't really go back.
