Both my son and I drive the crap out of his 2020 F150 2.7TT Screw with 3.73 gears and the fuel indicator doesn't budge from 12.3 l/100km. It's like it's stuck. However, the wife's MDX seems to be stuck at 10.3 l/100km Regardless, that truck is fast. It has no exhaust or engine noise whatsoever so often you look down and find yourself going 130 in an 80. I think it's faster than the Armada but the Armada definitely gives you the sensation that's it's fast due to the exhaust note.
Consequently, any irrational thoughts about getting a diesel are gone. Just not worth the hassle of the stinky fuel, the smelly hand even with a glove, the inevitable failure of the emission controls, the DEF, and the slowness of them.
