Those look pretty sweet.  They do a good job breaking up the sea of red.

That said, I think we need to start a go-fund-me to get you a new camera.
Sorry man...

I have my doubts it's the camera.

I think the interior LEDs don't help...

I think you're camera lens is just greasy.....give that thing a wipe before shooting.

Did the oil/oil additive change too!

All ready to go!

I agree that the brushes aluminum matches well with all the accents in there and breaks up the red a bit.

This comment didn't get the recognition it deserved. Well done!

Such a beautiful car. If you want to sell this thing somewhere down the line let me know. Not in the immediate future but let's say 2+ years.

Maybe he's still using one of these?

Shi# my kids Samsung ph takes pics almost as good as TurboBob without even trying. At least in comparison.  Pretty sure my shittyApple takes better pics.  Or, alternatively, it's Ron's magnetic personality (or that he works around metal shavings all day?) that is causing the disruption in the pixels.

Nice car even if it's not clear.  Must be nice.

Sad day today....sold the car and it drove away with its new owner, some guy from Toronto.

With my bad back, limited driving it this year because of back and crazy market value, I decided to sell. Heart said keep, brain said sell. Brain won out. [emoji22]

Easily #2 of the best cars I've ever owned. It felt special, sounded amazing and was spectacular to drive! Will really, really miss it.

Not sure what's next..but not something super-low that my back will hate.

Can't say I'm surprised, but sad to see it go.  Looking forward to seeing what replaces it.  Something 'not super low' kinda limits what you can get, though, in the sports car world.

Mostly agree. My 911 was easier to get into...a GTR is easier to get in to. Panamera, etc etc So I have some choices anyways.

Need to decide between something sporty or something luxurious.

Will try and hold off until mid 2023 to see what recession pricing looks like!

A tough decision indeed.  But it is likely a great time to let it go and put that money aside for something else down the line.  I know you loved the LC500, but it likely too is a bit too low to the ground.  I don't see the IS500 feeling special enough.  I won't be shocked to see a Macan be your next "fun car", which in all honesty, is not the giant step down that it is from some sports cars to CUV.

Edit: was there a reason you didn't mention it was for sale on here?  Maybe someone might have been interested.

I wonder what used RC-F values will be doing in the next couple years...

Could be a great compromise car.

The LC biggest problem for me is the cost. Used ones are mid $80k. Too rich for my blood!!

And yes, I REALLY like the Macan...feels more hot hatch than CUV to me.

I reached out to a couple people on the board who had expressed interest or "dibs" should I sell and they weren't ready to buy. So I advertised elsewhere.
