That's as nice of a winter wheel package as I have seen - sweet!
Wokeism is nothing more than the recognition and opposition of bigotry in all its forms.  Bigots are predictably triggered.

Did you pony up for those new? Look great. Where is winter?

Yes, I splurged for new ones. All in OEM TRD wheels with new Bridgestone DM-V2 totalled $2770 (tax in).

Winter is coming...it snowed a bit and my wife said she was sliding all over the place on all seasons...popping it in 4 High helped immensely according to her (its her SUV). With winters she'll be unstoppable lol

Wow assuming $1000 for the tires thats like $450/wheel. Big $$$$ Playa.  ;D

Just looking at the invoice, $247 / tire and $298 / wheel + $300 for stupid TPMS and another $70 for black lugs and tax of course

But yes, it is a splurge. I remember paying $1800 for M5 Replika wheels and WS80s tax in for the 335.
I love it when a plan comes together.

Yep, proper rims.

As for winter here, it's moreso just ugly and miserable. Snow doesn't stick on the road for more than a few hours usually, just a lot of wet salty muck. We do get a few storms every year, usually Jan/Feb that can make the morning commute dicey...But I haven't bothered with winter tires in years. For the handful of days where it is bad, I get by without. When Mrs.Firm was working she was an 'essential service' so she had to be in the office regardless of weather, so we always had good winters on her car (the Firebird at the time) Now, meh..I prefer the time and storage savings that comes with running one set.
Why not have a vehicle or two with All Weather tires?  Maybe the two Caddies?

OMG those are some nice winter tires and rims.  That is my wife's dream vehicle and whenever you get your new Cayman that's pretty much my dream vehicle, needless to say I'm jealous.

Actually the wheels themselves are not so bad. They look great though so worth every penny.

Escalade is on All Terrains that I've found more than adequate for winter use. That's our go-to when the roads are bad.

Fuel cap warning then check engine light comes on along with a see your dealer message. Probably just the fuel cap but I’m annoyed just as well.

I hope so. Would rather not have to waste time going to the dealer.

Maybe after you buy your jack & stands, look into a OBD2 reader.

I bought this one a few years back & it's paid itself off over & over.

I got the Bluedriver scanner because I liked the fact it uses my phone

One other reason to get the BlueDriver is that it has the option to register a BMW battery IF you buy a battery with exact same specs (e.g. BMW battery with same P/N).

I got the Bluedriver a while ago. It's nice as there is no subscription required.

However it didn't let me recode the Lexus wheel sensors after a tire change, so for that I got Carista, which will do that with an added subscription fee
