Paying MSRP, but I might decide to flip for 80% more

While I don't think he can get 80% more for it but if somebody is stupid enough to pay that, then I would do the same.

^^ Yes there are a lot of stupid people and opportunists out there.

I don't get waiting months for something and then just flipping it. That's just me.

Well afore might have other plans for a quick buck.

https://driving.ca/auto-news/news/ford-is-adding-several-rules-to-the-way-its-evs-are-bought-and-sold

But if I was not completely in love with the vehicle I too would flip it for a quick buck, did that myself with the RAV4 Hybrid and GLI.  No shame in that.  But if I ordered something g that I loved, like a Porsche GT3, I would rather keep it and enjoy it.

My dealer won’t implement anything like this - talked over the final details / contract today.

So I’m a free bird - maybe I should use this as opportunity and make piles of cash…pretty sure I could flip for at least $140K CAD

I have 2 Silverado EVs waiting for me as well…

I’m loving this market lol

The range is what it is, the fact Ford went with a measly 150 kW charger is the real head scratcher.

Ford designed this truck for their truck buyer - tow about 5000lbs a couple times a year, 50mi…and mostly use the truck as a daily driver.

This is 80% of all the truck drivers out there….!

Let’s not forget - the more charge you dump into the battery, the more wear and tear the battery will suffer

150 kW is plenty fast and helps protect the battery.
