That looks fantastic inside and out.....congrats man. Although you'd never catch me driving a bright red car. ![Grin ;D](https://www.autos.ca/forum/Smileys/CarTalk/grin.gif)
I walked aroung my neighourhood and saw a sea of grey, black and white. I am not fussy about th colour but red definitely stands out and not necessarily in a bad way. Back in 1996 I flew to Cologne Germany and picked up a 1990 Audi 80 in a very similar red colour which I drove home 3,100km. I loved that car with all its 90BHP. The Jetta reminds me of that car.
I just like the red/black colour combinatioin. With the tint all around it's even better.
I was actually being very sarcastic as my S2000 and MR2 are both red, and as some members here know, I have a long history of red cars. It's a wicked colour man, and EXACTLY the one I would get myself. ![Wink ;)](https://www.autos.ca/forum/Smileys/CarTalk/wink.gif)
And I totally fell for it

My wife and my 2 daughters still bug me about the colour, I guess that got me a bit on the defensive because of it. I am glad I didn't listen to them, though. My car, and I love it just like that.
My wife can enjoy the Blueprint Highlander when it arrives.
