Mine is in production now, expecting delivery by end of March.  :D

What would be the residual on your Mach-e? Should I put my name on "your list" to take it form your hands at the end of your lease, who knows?  ;D  :run:
Gone but not forgotten in chronological order: 2019 Volt, 2013 Volt, 2014 Spark EV, 2012 Volt and many others before...

Nice , I think I will wait until 2027 before I buy another new vehicle, should be a lot choice for EVs at that time

I wonder what will happen, as we approach the end of the combustion engine. Will the government just step in buy up the cars.

^^^ could end up that way, like some places bought all the old cars that couldn't meet emissions and fuel economy standards.  Given the massive number of ICE vehicles on the road, the transition to 100% EVs is going to take some time.  Economically it makes sense to buy them as they near their end of life, which would be about 20 years past the date we stop selling new ICE vehicles.

There will be ICE cars on the roads for a lot longer than that thanks to historic and collector cars, but they'll be rare.  How many people really own something like that?  In sheer numbers, it's not significant.  And no one will want to keep the last ICE Corolla.

Saw the car in the flesh this morning, a local dealer had one outside, unlocked!  :D Tried the door system, worked very well at -10C, the car looks good, very nice presence in red, looks much better in my eyes than the Y. Inside it's a Ford; nice but i'm used to Volvo interiors, so that will need some adaptation. Very nice steering wheel, small diameter, fat, nice grip. Frunk is nice but with the separator they put in there is less usefull, but that separator is easy to remove.

Finish looks great and all body panels were nicely aligned. Just have to wait for mine a few more weeks.

She does! Which is why likely some of the funds will come from my Porsche fund...

We'll have to actually go see both the Mach E and Y RWD. Right now I'm leaning towards the Y, because its so different in many ways. Plus its slightly bigger inside.

My neighbour the Ford franchise owner has a metallic blue Mach-e in his driveway this morning - first sighting of the thing in the wild.
