Dias always seems to channel a bit of Trump.
As if Dias made this happen or had any negotiating leverage. GM, like FORD has realized that they can't make a car that actually sells so their $$$ is in light and medium trucks. Consequently, they need more production facilities and since they still own the Oshawa plant, bingo. Dias had NOTHING to do with it.
