If this comes in a AWD touring I'll buy one in 5 years. Book it.

Enjoy your move to the UK!

Surely he could pick a better European country than that!

Exactly, I'd move to France in a heartbeat.

Choosing a car based on reliability is like choosing a wife based solely because she is punctual. There is more to it than that...

If you're going to go to Europe to drive a performance car there is only one correct answer... 🇩🇪

England has a bunch of little cheap tracks....but Germany has the ring. Its a tough call, luckily Europe is the size of a decent backyard so traveling is easy

Over half of the Autobahn has a "recommended" (i.e. not enforced) speed limit!  Who needs a track?

Why does it have those little (2014) Dodge 'Chargeresque' indents above the beaver teeth, the front looks stupidly fussy.

And which colourblind idiot picked the awful launch colours?

I think both colours are awesome and if I were to buy one mine would definitely be green.

Same here...that green is nice...and goes well with the nose theme...dragon flares! :)
I love it when a plan comes together.

Anyway, the car is clearly overstyled but I actually really like everything except the front which needs to grow on me.

That's where I am with it too.

Wonder if they'll do a four door version of the coupe version of the sedan.  :rofl2:

I tried. Even in black I can't hide the nose...  :'(

To be honest I'd much rather a M550. I think in time we will look back at this M550 that's totally under the radar and yearn. But that's just me.

Funny how I thought the 5 series was a little overstyled when it first came out and now it look downright boring in comparison. lol

I agree, just did the build and price for the 550, same price, much nicer car.

Honestly, I would go with another brand. BMW lost me a long, long time ago and they have done nothing to make me consider their cars lately. I do applaud them for keeping the manual in the 3/4, I will give them that.
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

I'd rather the more compact M3 with the manual, in an actual colour.

Don't disagree. Choice is great. The colour options on the 5 are a big letdown. I mean, not even a shade of red.

At least the new M5 comes in a nice red...
