Three cheers for plaid.  :winner:
Wokeism is nothing more than the recognition and opposition of bigotry in all its forms.  Bigots are predictably triggered.

That's a nice facelift. It should get here sooner though.

Mad about plaid!

That R-line looks great, inside and out.
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

That plaid actually seems like a decent looking option. I like it.  :)

Got all excited by the pictures to finally figure out that is the Euro SWB version which we won't be getting. Sigh.

I dunno if it's embarrassing really. Porsche just wants you to step up to an S or GTS or Turbo if you want more power.

i don't know, using a VW GTI engine in a porsche that starts at 58k bucks?  that's pretty darn lame.  if you have to share engines, use one that isn't shared with a car that costs 25-30k less.

That's the VW way though. 🤷‍♂️

Yep. The previous gen Q3 has the same engine as my 10 year old GTI.

The EA888 family remains among the most advanced four-cylinder engines on the market, though. In terms of power, efficiency, and refinement, it's a great platform. Also note that the engine has evolved a lot since it was launched - it's currently in its third evolution, with the fourth coming next year in the new MK8 GTI.
