You could always get the GTI Rabbit in that cool blue color. Have you considered maybe a Golf R with one of those custom colors, I'm sure there are a few online with a manual. If you love the vehicle that you currently have I think it might be a good option. Maybe buy it out and in a year get the new GTI.
Should probably just get this and be done with it: https://www.autotrader.ca/a/bmw/3%20series/kanata/ontario/19_11467625_?showcpo=ShowCpo&ncse=no&orup=2_4_4&sprx=-1&modalXS=1

Usually I have no problem hopping on a plane to pick up a car.

The guy who owns the indy where i take my Z3M has one that looks just like this as his dd. Not sure of the year. If you are serious you can give him a call to discuss it with him. I talked to him before buying the Z3M. He's very knowledgeable about all FGCs and a great guy to talk to in general about cars. He's the one who talked me out of buying a Boxster. http://alpinemotors.ca/

Usually I have no problem hopping on a plane to pick up a car.Unfortunately car storage is not something I can offer... though I would drive it back for you next time I head to Fredericton .. which is whenever the restrictions ease up a bit. I think you'd have no problem getting out of NB it's just coming back that'll be the issue... I think there's still the mandatory 14 day self isolation from other provinces.

I only know he owns it because i see him driving it all the time. He lives just down the road from me so i see him quite often and always in that wagon. There are actually a few 3-Series wagons i see around my area on a regular basis.
BMW 335i/340i - This is what I was set on getting when I got the Clubman instead. Could go for a cheaper, higher KM 2014 (preferably an M Performance) or a newer, CPO 340i. I'm particular about what I want - needs the right options, needs a manual, prefer a good colour (definitely no silver or grey, preferably not black or white).
E90/E91 3-series - Cheap. There was an '07 328i manual, sport package, RWD sedan for sale here recently. Under 80k and $9k asking price. Would be fun, practical enough, fairly easy to maintain. I actually really like this idea. It would be ideal to get an '09+ wagon with a manual and the sport package but they fetch more money than I'd want to spend on a 10 year old car I think.

Ours is one owner........and only 59K on it. Same trim as that black one but not a stick.
Just learned last night that someone I know is handing back his loaded white on red 2017 M3 with only 25K km. The residual on the car is around $45K. I wish I was in the market for a car like that.... or anything this guy drives.....

The E9x and E8x generation is the last of the heavy hydraulic steering BMWs.
