Great colour combo, though I don't understand why anyone ever ordered the supple leather seats.

With the supple leather, no sunroof and high-end stereo, it appears to have been ordered as an "Executive Express", and probably by a tall guy (slicktops have more headroom).
My thoughts too.

Supple seats option to complete "GT" spec
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Very cool. Bidding... wouldn't mind a 993 Turbo to add to the fleet.  :)

Are we going to see a real bid? :)

He just got out-bid  :stick:  ;D

Got a text from the dealership GM: "Your car has lined off the plant and is at the Port of Emden waiting to be loaded onto a vessel."

It lives.

Wow. Maybe it is the Porsche way but I surprised at all the stuff that has been replaced on it. Was this thing tracked hard?

I just think it commuted a lot in the first half of its life - looks too clean to have been tracked.

Those maintenance/replacement items are eye watering and sobering.  I guess just the cost of ownership?

This was an option from the beginning.... [emoji38]

Would have been able to drive the car much sooner, too!

I’d heard they cancelled it because of Covid. Looks like it’s back on their website now…

Volvo canceled the Overseas Delivery Program for Canada during COVID and no signs of it coming back. Mrs. Hire and I really wanted to do it, otherwise...

Got the same when I bought my Golf TDI!

Well, officially signed the deal. 2023 Cayman GTS 4.0 manual. Now the wait. Expected delivery is August 31, 2023, which includes the 90 days the car will sit, mostly locked up, on the dealers showroom.

So all in all, two years from demand order to an actual car.

Whoa!  Absolutely epic.  Most of the exotics out there do nothing for me at all. The Cayman GTS 4.0 with a stick shift is pretty much my absolute dream car. Congrats!
Sweet!! Looking forward to the show & shine in August!

Well it will be on show at the dealership for 90 days lol

But yes, and will be available for drives to anyone on the forum...

Congrats! Can you negotiate for those 90 days to be Dec-Feb yearly?
