I missed that event - was up at Cobble Beach with the 911 for another event. Put 557km on it in a day, up to about 13,000km since I bought the car. Loving every mile.

Hard not to enjoy "pure" cars like that.

A joy every drive IMO.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

718 Spyder in PTS Ultra Violet. Love the colour but the combination with the red roof and interior is a bit much.

Love that purple color, but like you I think the red top and interior isn't a good match.

The purple is an amazing colour, but painful with the red.  It maybe wouldn't look quite as bad if the wheels were black, but either way I think that one will be a tough sell

It would be nice if they listed how much the car was new with all the packages.  What seats would those be in that one Oliver, they look like just standard seats?

They're the standard seats with power adjustments. I think new it would have been in the $130-140k range.

Yeah that's a really nice 991. Not a fan of the colour, and I had forgotten how ugly the early 991's steering wheel is, but for five figures that's a really bloody nice car.

This is pretty entertaining, poor, poor Macan  ;D

Just proves to me there is no such thing as a bad Porsche.

If I had the money, the Macan would be my choice for a DD.

How bout a jacked-up 911?...https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a41955264/2023-porsche-911-dakar-revealed/
Ultimate winter vehicle.  I can't think of anything better than this for our winter, set of steelies and Blizzaks and you'd be unstoppable.  LOL

The specs are actually fairly impressive. It's barely heavier than the equivalent GTS model.

Got some good news from the dealer today. I’ll be getting what likely will be the only GTS they’ll get.

With one caveat. This will be the dealer’s manufacturer exclusive car. Meaning it will have to sit in the dealer’s showroom for 90 days. And will showcase lots of $$$ leather interior options. February build slot.
