Where else are you gonna put it that's a) easily accessible and b) low-to-zero risk?

I just stack it up on the coffee table and floor  ;D

To anyone with a Porsche in the garage, sign up for the class action lawsuit.

Not sure how I'm going to prove when I bought our Cayenne... :P

I left the window open to try it later, but I didn’t see mention of Canada anywhere on the site, just US

I'm eyeing the prices on 997 cabrios with some interest....I think that would be the perfect summer car for my wife.

The cabrios are generally lower priced than the coupes... some good deals to be had there. And the prices seem to be coming back down now  ;D

Yeah, we'd be looking cabrio/Tiptronic, which is not as sought after.  Pricing is like $5-$10k lower than I was expecting.

Definitely agree. I feel that the 911 has gotten so much bigger over the last few generations now. The 997's smaller size is more appealing to me.

I would not look away from a cab either. Most people gravitate towards the coupe, so lots of value in a comparable cab.

Nice! I agree - my buddy has a 997 Carrera S Tiptronic that's his wife's summer car. Great, great set of wheels.

Got to meet my sales guy. He and the new GM (family) are apparently advocating strongly for my PTS Cayman GTS allocation. Apparently mid engines sport car production is very very low. Porsche of course would rather build a 992 Turbo than a 718, from a financial perspective. We’ll see, maybe next summer.

^Good luck on getting your allocation soon. There's a red Cayman GT4 I see regularly in my neighborhood. Looks so good!

By the time you get the allocation and have it in your driveway I will likely have my fun car as well (spring 2025), so maybe a road trip to Ontario and we can swap rides for a local drive.  Would be fun.

I missed that event - was up at Cobble Beach with the 911 for another event. Put 557km on it in a day, up to about 13,000km since I bought the car. Loving every mile.
