Agreed, it's kinda dumb you can't order a la cart.

I once made the mistake of going with a beige Weathertech to match the light interior of the Mazda 5. It looked sooooo bad.

TuxMats are crap. I bought a few sets over the years, and not a single one had proper fitment.

I don’t love the look of them, but one nice thing about the Weathertech’s are once you sell the vehicle, rinse them off and you can sell them for not much less than you paid.  Makes them a cheap investment and they typically sell really fast.

Do you think it's vehicle specific? I just did a quick search around MDX forums and people seem to be happy with them for the 22 MDX. I don't really care about the look, more about the protection, and the Tuxmats cover a lot more than Weathertech, like practically no carpet exposed (from pics posted).

It might be. My colleague has an '18 Kona where the Tuxmats have adequate fitment. I just have a 0/4 experience.

Well, I just bit the bullet and ordered the Tuxmats, lol. Just the first and second row. I actually had the option to order just the front row so not sure why Arctic isn't able to for his vehicle. Will update on quality/fitment when it arrives.

.  Not as posh but not going to come apart anytime soon.

That's the thing for me. Ya, the thick industrial rubber mats are durable.

But I find them to be an eyesore. Just not aesthetically pleasing.

I don't find the WeatherTechs to be an eyesore.  They're just... mats... nothing special, but hardly fugly.  Now the decomposing Maxpiders?  Those were an eyesore.

Perhaps because I'm an idiot?  ;D     When I found my vehicle on tuxmat it said (3 rows only).  The "only" threw me off and when I hit the tab on the right side I expected it to show other options which it did not.  I made an ASSumption and didn't try clicking on the actual wordage.

The TUX units are a bit to much coverage for me and appear a wee shallow.   I'm looking for something with a bit of an edge that can hold a good amount of water.  Of course you can only really tell in person.

I've heard that Rrocket is having the same issue these days...  ;)

I'd say my usage is "extreme" based on my shoes. The steel chips in the bottom of my shoes are essentially razor blades. My shoes are done every 4-6 months.

So far the Maxpiders are putting up with the abuse just fine!

Pretty pleased with them.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

One year report with my Findways -- no complaints. The foot guards came off like Slow_Lane's.

Might be vehicle specific, but I was not happy with the Findway mats I ordered for my STI. Fitment and coverage were subpar. I returned them right away and got the Huskies.

Update on my Findway mats. It is a bad news / good news story.

After less than a year and about 5000 kms the rubber foot guard (by gas and brake) came loose from mat and fell off. The good news is I called Findway and they are shipping me a new mat for driver's side tomorrow.

So bad news on product but very good customer service.

Well here is another update. Called Findway on 27th and already received replacement mat. The big surprised was they sent me a new front pair and not just the driver's mat. Pretty amazing service.  :winner:

One another note: I could not find a Findway mat set for my 2011 BMW 328. Old car and did not want to spend big bucks. Found a cheap 2nd hand set of WeatherTechs. Find them ugly. I also find the edges along door side very low. very hard to remove without spilling and making a mess. Better than nothing but I am not a fan.
If you want more in life you have to make an effort.

Tuxmats arrived today (that was pretty quick). Only got a chance to install the driver's mat though, will install the others tomorrow. Fit is not 100% but it's pretty damn close.  Happy with it for now, just hoping it holds up. As you can see, coverage is much better than the all weather ones from Acura. It's not as flat as it looks in the pics, there's a decent lip there to hold water/slush/snow.

Here's pics if the front passenger side and 2nd row installed. Pretty happy with the fit and finish.
