Pricing got announced, starting at $44,900. This means in Quebec that $13K of subsidies are applicable bringing out the price to $32K or so. Too bad supply will be so limited. A friend was interested and inquire to her dealer but he already had a waiting list with 65 people on it.

These would sell like hotcakes if available.

Yes it really is an amazing deal if you live in Quebec.  I am assuming the vast majority of the Primes will be the base model that qualifies for the $5K federal rebate.  I think it was very smart for Toyota to price it this way.

Sounds like they should get rid of the subsidies.  :P
