How do you keep those elaborate spoke infested rims clean, specially in winter? That is one component of this car IMO that is overdone.

I'm guessing a soft bristle brush. Not rocket surgery. The wheels are polarising even among Genesis fans. I love them - and the whole car. A pretty comprehensive facelift that elevates this model from handsomely generic to more special looking. The interior is a place I'd be happy to spend a lot of time.

Still a lot of car for the $. The interior is very well done, and the new exterior is more distinctive. A solid player.

also, i doubt you'd use those wheels in the winter anyway...you'll likely have a winter tire/rim package for that, like the rest of us use already.

whats to question AB? a car like that, I should hope you put aside a few bucks for winters. you should with every car anyway imo, but a car like this, just makes more sense.

nice looking profile, gorgeous interior... grill a nd matching wheels is a bit of a bold choice, but I'd prefer it to stand out myself, so while it wouldn't be my first choice, I applaud their willingness to go for it.
i used to be addicted to soap, but i'm clean now

Yep.  This is the one we use.  https://www.amazon.ca/MoKo-Cleaning-Detailing-Cleaner-Reaching/dp/B07KK24QQ2/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=wheel+brush&qid=1568765096&sr=8-7

But they make them in all different sizes to fit in most wheel voids.

Haven't seen a new one on the road yet.  That deep burgundy shade that they had on the Auto Show display car was freaking gorgeous - particularly over the caramel interior.

Now that's the life.  My Dad was VP of a bank in Jamaica before he retired.  His car was hand-washed for him every single freaking day.  I'm pretty fastidious about keeping my ride clean - but I could never match that!

Those wheels are absolutely amazing. I definitely would not subject them to winter driving.

Anyone who owns a car like that should be able to swing for a proper set of wheels and tires for the winter.
Lighten up Francis.....

From what I notice around Vancouver and Edmonton, luxury car drivers are the least likely to put on winter tires.

which usually translates to "I have 4 tires spinning instead of 2".  :P

My sister in law has a Audi Q7 and she swears the AWD makes her car stop better, no winter tires required.

I dunno - I see lots of S class and 7 series in the GO parking lot and they have snow tires on in winter.  More likely to see econoboxes running on all seasons year round, because cost is more likely to be a factor.  Merc dealership probably throws in a set of snows, and if not, the cost including dealership storage is pocket change next to the cost of the car itself.

This.   The dealers also make  significant coin selling these packages and performing the swap and store.   I'm sure the service "advisors" are keen to push the importance of winter tire packages on anyone leasing a car from them.

People are indeed idiots about AWD and its benefits though.
