Interesting article comparing Honda S2000 to new ND Miata

Engine isn't close and neither is the tranny....those are the things that personally stand out to me and matter. Miata is good/great shifter...S2000 is world class/benchmark.

Then we have the engine. Not even worth comparing.

But yea...for what it is? Miata is a very, vey nice package.

Here’s a crazy idea - FCA could use the Miata as a basis to build a Golf-sized RWD Alfa sedan/hatch...

The ND is closer to the Honda in terms of shifter than I thought it would be.  But yes, the Honda is still better.  Better than anything.
