This is how the Honda Clarity should look.

Nice profile.

I do have to give Hyundai props for not doing that godawful thing where the rear door handles is like 8" higher than the front one.

I'd say it is in good company.

I don't know. The A7 is sharper, lower, wider, a little less droopy :), more solid looking...but most importantly the original - everything else is a derivative (i.e. Accord ian, Malibu stacy, and this)

A7 is gorgeous in comparison, waaaaayyyyy less droopy in the back, the Sonata has that rear fender quarter panel line that slopes down.

Yes, the many times more costly A7 is better looking.  But I like the profile of both and think they are more similar than dissimilar with respect to droopiness.  That's my opinion.  You are welcome to yours.

Please send me what you’re smoking.  :P

Much of the profile is fine. Front is pretty brutal IMO. Don’t think it will age well.

Well the profile is what I was referencing.  Y'know, by showing two profile pics, and all.  What are you smoking?

Original A7:

New Sonata:

I don't see an OMFG massive difference in droopiness.  But I can only look through my own eyes.

Nice profile.

Yeah, that doesn't look good. If it was a hatchback at least it would have an excuse for having a rear profile like that. I don't want to be that Norm guy, but if you have 4 doors and a trunk, have a profile that actually looks proper

Lighten up Francis.....

Indeed, both fall into the droopiness bucket...

5 car midsize comparison.  It's by Car and Driver, so you definitely don't need to scroll to the bottom to see who won - just where everyone else finished.  ;D  Commentary on the Legacy though.... yikes....

you're not allowed to talk about or suggest any Kia or Hyundai products in here...doing so only gets you smited...it's Honda/Toyota/VW or GTFO. ;)

^^Subaru used to be included in there, but seems to have fallen out of favour.  Maybe because their vehicles aren't anything special anymore.

Wow, C&D really ramped up their outrageous verbiage on this review to almost comedy levels, especially:

Legacy: "Slow, noisy, and thirsty; like a bounce house without the fun"  " As the Subaru's body flops, bounces, and porpoises awkwardly over rough roads, the driver's head sways, bobs, and nods constantly. This is apparently what makes a Subaru a Subaru, because the Legacy drives with the same squishy apathy as the Ascent, the Forester, and the Outback."

Camry: "cringe-inducing styling, makes a Michigan winter look cheery"  " despite the stylists' best efforts to scare onlookers into noticing it, the Camry's design is no more suggestive than a Land's End shirt. Mostly, we just want to look away."

Surprisingly, most of the comments for the 4th place Altima were positive or non committal, relatively speaking.
