So ? Are we supposed to boycott everything that comes from Mexico now ? No more nachos, burritos and guacamole ?

sure...but judging by the list of cars in your profile, nothing you buy is made here anyway so i don't see why you would care either way.

The other aspect that few acknowledge, is even if the vehicle is manufactured out of country, the dealerships and corporate administrative offices are still local. It sounds simple to boycott the manufacturer, but then what about the local support network?

a point i've brought up before if anyone has mentioned to me about "buying foreign"...the reality is, very few cars are made in Canada, so depending on what you want and from what brand, you may have no choice.

I have another thumbs-down for the engine’s auto-stop, which shuts it off at idle to reduce emissions. My issue isn’t with the system itself – the immediate start-up when you take your foot off the brake is relatively smooth – but with the fact that I can’t prevent it from happening. Most vehicles so equipped give you a button to temporarily disable it, but the Terrain does its thing whether I like it or not

 :rofl2:    GM, such MORONS.

I have drawn the line with Mexico production at my Samsung Frig.  I was really surprised when Ron told me to look on the door for point of origin.  :o

PPL will change their tunes in a few decades when they hit 65 at which time the CPP and OAS will be only good for pocket change and government paid healthcare will be a fraction of what it is now which is just holding on.
