That’s a Steyr cab design - Steyr-Puch is the original builder of the Pinzgauer.

Also explains the dodgy electrics, I suppose. They had decent heaters, but the stupid blower motor would fail.

You could lock the diff in each axle, then lock the centre diff for beast mode. Apparently noobs could still get them stuck in muddy ruts in Gagetown.    :shuffle:

It was a manual, but had a torque converter so you didn't have to slip the clutch is low speed stuff.

Noticed some 8-wheel drive military vehicles getting loaded at the Port of SJ a few days ago.  They were mostly covered up but i could just make out that they were painted in desert camo.

well, there are some supposed to be going over there, but that's kind of up in the air right now as the Liberals are trying to find a way out of the deal...as much as we don't want to lose that business, morally, it's likely the right thing to do.
