Brief anecdote: Lebowski Sr. is away on holiday this week. Arrives at car rental desk, they do not have the full-size Impala he requested, instead they give him a Dodge Charger. Fine. Next day he brings the Charger back, says it’s terrible: seats uncomfortable, drives awful, no room at all. So they give him a Chrysler 300 instead. He loves it. The End.

Yeah, I’m guessing that’s it actually. That, and the Charger was white, and the 300 is red. He loves red. (when it’s on a rental at least)
