Yeah, I love the styling and they are supposed to be great handlers.  I'd be worried that it would nickel and dime me to death though.

I've always wanted the CTS V-sport. Creeping down to very affordable prices!

Yeah, that's where I'd be shopping as well!

Except this Gen of CTS-V is a TT V6.

Nope, V8 is very much available. I think the TTv6 is a downgrade or lower model. Saw it on motor trend.

V-sport was TTV6... the CTS-V is the supercharged 6.2

Yeah it's a bit confusing. V is the V8 monster, V-Sport is the TT V6. The new CT6 was going with V-sport with the new 550 hp TTV8 but they decided to just call it a 'V'. A guy in our local car meets has a V-sport with some mods, puts down over 500hp to the wheels and runs low 11's with it. I really want one from this generation.

I am a huge fan of these as a used buy. Camaro chassis in a more practical package, with sleeper looks and rapid depreciation? Yes, please 8) Only too bad the V-sport is unavailable with AWD.

More upset with no manual on the V-Sport. Can live with RWD only.

Would be a good wild card option if looking for a sport sedan. It's a pretty nice car. Last time I was looking there was like 20 grand on the hood on some on the market. I haven't looked in a bit but I imagine you can grab a low miles or demo one for the price of a A4.

Definitely: I was looking at Autotrader.com (the US site) a while back, figuring there would be heaps of these off lease, gently driven, and sure enough the going price for an early model with the 2.0T is in the mid-teens now - even with some of those aforementioned gremlins, that just seems like ton of car for the money.
