To be fair, the only "fun" way to drive between Winnipeg and Alberta would be at highly illegal speeds...

Yeah...in a big AMG Merc thats comfortable at cruising at between 240-270km/h.....unfortunately the RCMP in Saskatchewan thinks that their province is more than just filler between AB and MB and will give you tickets. Get really ornery if you call them gappers too  ;D

Getting a huge ticket would not be the worst part of a trip to Winnipeg.  Getting to Winnipeg would be.

I'd love one of these. Maybe someday. I've only been a passenger in one at the auto-x many moons ago. I still have the hat the Scion reps gave me despite my wife always wanting to throw it away.
