The Stinger and Clarity are the only two I'm even vaguely interested in.

On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

I like the good figures for the Stelvio and XC40, but only because they may help secure each brand's place in our market...

Stelvio I am excited for because it will get more Alfas on the road and help get the company much needed cash to give us proper Alfas like the promised GTV, 8C, etc. Plus, it is a really good contender for the segment. Not that I care...  :rofl2:

I was merging behind an Eco-sport...I think... on the highway the other day. It looked like it was going flat out, but still couldnt get to 80 by the time to merge. I also think that slow performance is compounded be due to modern drivers' reluctance to push a car into the rev range or think hearing the engine means "I am hurting it." Dangerously underpowered I think.
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Not to mention non-linear physical springs under the gas pedal  and non-linear throttle by wire response.  Both of these I am sure are done on purpose  for CAFE.    I suspect that many modern AT change up far too soon for performance and I bet that CVTs are worse still.

I am sure you know and I remember still from my Lotus a simple well lubed cable from the pedal to some honest Weber carbs was always just right.

Easily fixed by an aftermarket throttle controller...of which I'm a huge fan on throttle by wire cars.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Must be something wrong with me. None of them interest me.  ??? Maybe a Stinger, but I'd first go for the G70 by a long shot.

Interesting to see where the market is.

Hyundai really hit it out of the park with the Kona.

I predicted this after seeing the Kona at the auto show.

Yet you refuse to apply that reasoning to literally any other manufacturer - all the rest are just selling out making senseless SUVs and CUVs to appease the market while abandoning their very souls - or something like that?  :stick:

8. Volvo XC40 - 1252
7. Kia Stinger - 1682

jesus wept, what horrible taste in cars Canadians have. The Stinger is the only, ONLY, interesting thing on there. As for the others....for shame.....
Lighten up Francis.....
