i'm sure it's a decent truck, but i'd have a hard time passing up on the new RAM...they've really nailed what many truck buyers want in a truck today...30 years ago, trucks were for working...now, many people use them as daily drivers, so things like a comfortable ride, nice interiors and modern features and amenities are now requested by customers...the aggressive pricing and long warranty are certainly pluses for this truck, but if you're already 5/6th of the way there...
When you've lost the argument, admit defeat and hit the smite button.

Nice truck...but a little hard on the conscience hauling that through town, it's a rather heavy truck compared to the F150.
If you can't DODGE it, RAM IT!!!

Hard on the conscience?  I'm not following you..

I have no doubt that any of the big-3's new trucks are more cushy, luxurious or filled with more tech goodies.  But, trucks can also get quite costly.  For someone who wants a good, solid, truck AND wants to manage costs, the Titan represents a decent buy right now.

Seeing as their last Titan wasn't known for being the most reliable thing, any ideas on how this things been holding up??
Lighten up Francis.....

Well, obviously the Titan is still selling...so perhaps and most likely the majority of people who purchase it are satisfied with the product.  :-\

Heard a bunch of issues with the rear end and just build quality with the last model. My buddy bought one of these because it was good deal, hes been ok with it but lots of little niggles with the electrical crap.

Understandable...but putting it all aside...even I, if offered a good deal on one of them, there is a possibility that I would bite.  ;D

My buddies is a really nice truck and all....but it would take a very, very good deal to steal me from the GM/Chev camp.

The model featured is not a good "purchase" $$$$ compared to a similarly equipped FORD XLT SCREW or Tundra CREWMAX SR5 TRDSport and not even in the running if leasing.

The Tundra is the most powerful but with a 6 speed it's a gas pig but it does have radar cruise and pedestrian/emergency stop.

Nissan ppl don't even consider them so what does that tell you.  :)

Did he?  Would've been a while ago and a previous generation, if so.  He's had his big Lexus for a while now, no?

Too soon to tell how these newer trucks will fare over time, I guess, but the long warranty does help give peace of mind.

I really don't give a flying fack about pickup trucks, will never own one and can't understand someone wanting to daily drive such a beast just because.

That said, every time I see a Titan (not that often) it turns my head and I find myself thinking "cool ride". The rest of them? Just a boatload of 'meh'.

Now I do hope for Nissan's sake that their strongest demographic for consumer appeal isn't people who don't give a fack about trucks and will never buy one.  :)
Wokeism is nothing more than the recognition and opposition of bigotry in all its forms.  Bigots are predictably triggered.

Unfortunately the Titan is the one that is the boatload of meh from an objective standpoint.

Too bad because it looks good.
