Last weekend, while waiting for some minor recall being done on the Odyssey, I took this 2019 Big Horn on a test drive. 2 of my kids came with me. All 3 of us were very impressed with the truck.
Even in this fairly low trim level, the interior blows the competition out of the water, super comfortable. Hemi is strong and acceleration is effortless. The ride is quiet and comfortable.
Now the bad. There was some driveline shudder at low-to-moderate acceleration. Not strong but noticeable nonetheless. The sales guy said the guy who test drove it before me said the same thing but truck hadn't gone through PDI yet. I don't know if the PDI would eliminate the shudder.
I don't need a work truck but I would definitely rock this rig as a family SUV for a few years but wife said "NO" (smart girl). I have another 15 month on my Forester lease so maybe with persistent nagging she will cave in? Dunno
Anyway, I liked the truck.
