If it must be a BMW SUV, X3 or X5. X4 is right out.

On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

Does BMW offer more SUVs than Toyota?  X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 and X6.

SIX SUVS.

RAV4, Highlander, 4Runner, Sequoia - Wait, what, Toyota has only four?  Oh, let's add in Lexus - NX, RX, GX and LX, and they just, and I mean JUST manage to edge out BMW.

BMW, where's the X7 and X8?  They must be coming, it must be an affront to them that another maker has more SUVs in their line up.  BMW might offer more drivelines and variations...

On Toyota website they list H-CR and Prius V as CUVs also

the SUV-pocalypse continues

what a useless POS, and anyone who buys one has to explain themselves...

I will stop, I can rant on for 10 pages about how these things are a virus on the automotive industry. But you have heard it all before.

One day I will say "I told you so" when cars are all but dead and all you can buy is 1000 different flavours of the same SUV
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

What if it's just a phase? First cars were SUVs after all  :P

I sure hope it is a phase, and it better die off soon.

Seeing them everywhere is so annoying, I am almost at the stage where I would wave at a fellow car driver, it is so rare.

Been in an X6?  It's unreal how small inside it is given the huge exterior and ridiculous curb weight.

Yep, detailed one last summer.  The exterior is absolutely HUGE, but the interior didn't feel/look any bigger than our Q50S.  The rear cargo space looked extremely small as well.  To each their own, but I just don't get this type of vehicle.  Other than the roundel and perceived brand image, I don't see what the X4 and X6 have going for it.   ???

Yeah, I have nothing against SUVs at all, but yeah, alligator attacks are nicer to look at.
Lighten up Francis.....

it’s a lot better looking than the old one.

The bar was set pretty low to begin with though...

I think it’s night and day when I saw them in person.

Day like..... bright and sears your eyes out?

And night like...it's a good thing it's so dark otherwise you'd have to look at it?   :rofl2:
