THAT is an Alfa Romeo TZ2 (Tubolare Zagato). TZ were road cars and race cars in the late 60s.

Alfa actually is in the process of doing what Jag and Aston do and re-making their classics with modern tech, including this beauty.

But yes, that F5 should do a kit too, and give it a glorious Alfaholics Twincam or Autodelta Racing Busso V6...the new TZ3 had a Viper V10, which IMO was wrong.

Yeah, Viper V10 would be overkill.  A high revving DOHC 250-300 hp Alfa 6...I could live with that (assuming they can run reliably) - or an old SHO V6 would work...or small V8.  Something not so powerful you're at full speed in seconds flat.  I prefer savoury sometimes.  Either way...pretty.

the Nissan was cool, the Volvo 850 was super cool, so was the Renault Laguna that was flung around by Alain Menu...then of course Jason Plato


my fav BTCC racer, obviously


the 156 was also very cool, nicknamed "Red Rocket Sleds" by David Leslie, as they dominated in the early 2000s


the Ford Mondeo had a beautiful wailing V6 as well
