I think the Lexus LS series is the ultimate pillow cruiser. I couldn't think of a better car for long distances.

The comparison doesn't have the Lexus taking top but gave a negavite for swelling ride that floated and was difficult to correct with over sensitive steering.

My fiancé parents have the first generation Avalon on original shocks. It is so floaty in the back seat the moves laterally going down the road.

I'm aware. The newly redesigned one has been available since late 2012.
