Thinking back to that thread about losing interest in "exotics".  A Singer 911 is exactly the kind of car I'd rather own than a Ferrari.   

Though I guess it's basically an exotic too....

Though I guess it's basically an exotic too....

Is it though?? I do not think these guys are in the same genre as the Pasta Rockets as these guys are all about subtlety, engineering and details.......the Italians are all about hitting you in the face with a technicolor bag of sparkles.

It is different for sure.   I only meant it's "exotic" in terms of rarity and (almost) cost.

Never driven any of em, but I sure think I'd enjoy owning a Singer more.

I just like the styling of old with all new greasy bits part. Im a huge restomod fan so this is right up my alley.

Singer 911 starts at $400,000 USD...that's pretty exotic coachbuilding

Latest issue of road & track has a special on singer, including all the testing, worth a read.
