See two of these on the road so far. Different than the regular Soul, makes me look.

me neither, but not surprising when they are only sold at 11 KIA dealers across Canada, based in Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto.  In the US they are currently only available in California.
The Leaf is a bit more widely available, but then again they have been at it a lot longer.

The Québec City dealer is selling them too. He delivered a few already.

I was just generalizing, to indicate its generally the major cities,  But to be specific:  BC - Coquitlam, Victoria, North Vancouver; Ontario - Toronto, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Ottawa; Quebec - Blainville, Mont-Royal, Dorval, Quebec City

In the US, they have just announced today that 5 more states will be coming online to sell the Soul EV:  Georgia, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington and Texas.
