Probably the same reason only some dealers can only sell the vetta

Yes, that's correct. There are 27 Equus-authorized dealerships. These dealers provide at-home sales and service for the car. That particular model was always intended to be a low-volume flagship.

Genesis has been and will continue to be our mainstay premium sedan. It's sold through all 210 stores nationwide.

I notice that CarCostCanada now has pricing information on the 2015 Genesis.  The V8 retails for $62,000 plus freight/PDI of $1,760.  This compares to the U.S. pricing of US$ 55,700.  Even our 90 cent dollar does not quite account for this difference and I also thought the Canada-South Korea free trade deal was going to get rid of our 6% tariff.  In addition there is something called a "Green Levy" in Canadian pricing that adds another $2,000 to our price.  A "Green Levy"  Anyone have any idea what that is?
