I'd be curious to see some of these cars retested in the summer. Compare the same car over similar roads and speeds but instead of the deep freeze on a warm balmy day.   See how much the mileage changes.

Even with the mild BC weather my average drops from 9 to 11 l/100km.

Ramblings of Accords in a 5-series review.  *sigh*

This would probably be near the top of cars I'd choose for a cross country drive.

When we did the midsize car comparo last spring, nearly all testers wrote comments like "feels like a luxury car", "looks more expensive than it is", etc, in the Accord Touring's logbook. Heck, I wrote "this is the 5-Series of the bunch".

I lived with that Touring for a week, and except for the CVT (not a bad one), for my commuting and needs it would be pretty hard to beat.

Black on black Sport, 6-speed manual, I'd be happy.
