While the Targa was always a cool little feature, I dont get it, seems a lot of added weight and complexity....but then again, I dont like drop top cars.

I always thought the idea behind the Targa was a hardtop convertible where the top can be taken off and left off...so doesn't having a soft-top somewhat change the category?  I don't really understand the draw of this over a convertible.

I much prefer the styling of the Targa vs. the Cabriolet. Neither would be on my 911 shopping list, if I wanted a roadster the Boxster would be it.

Sixty year old orthodontists everywhere are popping their nitro tablets in anticipation!

I like targas and t-tops, at least when they are properly engineered and assembled. Throwback from growing up in the 70s and 80s I guess.

I like it. I wouldn't buy the cabriolet, but this might be an option. Does the new Corvette roof come off...didn't notice.

Last summer I followed a new 911 Turbo all the way up Albert street, at 40kph, blinker flashing the whole way, neately coiffed, porcelain-white hair glistening in the sun. Just sayin'.  ;D
