Well, it's over - for another year anyway.
It was interesting that some of the truly awful drivers managed to pull up their socks at just the right moment to avoid receiving the ultimate driving booby prize. However, Dale escaped on a technicality and really should have been banned from driving. She is a true menace to society on the road.
Now that it is done, I would be happy if they killed the show. However, I would insist on a few things. Call it my CWD Christmas wish list:
- The respective Ministries of Transport should re-examine these people and revoke their licenses if deemed appropriate.
- Lay whatever criminal and/or civil charges against those that have admitted to causing damage or breaking laws while within the various statutes of limitation
- Make DVD box sets of the series to sold for educational purposes and give one copy free to each of the provincial and territorial Transport Ministries.
- Encourage driving schools to buy said DVD box sets and use them in their courses: --> "See students? DON'T be like them."
- Get Andrew Younghusband some well deserved R&R and a few sessions with the psychologist to work out some the pent up frustrations in dealing with those awful, immature and wilfully dangerous drivers.
