Why do you think the vast majority of these have metal bumpers and armor, so they can use the passenger compartments of lesser vehicles as a crumple zone.

That's the rub they won't test an armoured Wrangler hitting lets say a Golf.  Wrangler hitting a wall? That video is not surprising.
