This is such a cool looking car and a great way to get that open air experience. Also love the colour and looks great on this adding to the retro look. Well done.

Yeah open air...... My dermatologist will be real happy. When examining my Irish skin told me to apply sunscreen and then stay indoors. Ha  :D ! My skin and the sun are not on good terms.

I think my top down driving will (should) be limited to warm summer nights.

Cars like that can be great fun fall or early spring days as well. We used to put the top down in the Mini a lot on nice Oct/Nov days and even into the winter. The sun is less strong and the temps more comfortable. I'm not a sun/heat fan so on a lot of hot summer days the top was actually up with the ac on.

Top down driving is great on any nice day where the temps are above 0.

Congrats Slow_lane, that car has a ton of character. I like it.

Congrats! Sounds like it'll be enjoyed for a long time. There's a white convertible one like this a few houses down from me, teenage girl has had it for maybe a year and a half now...The smile on her face every time she drives by tells me she's loving it.
