maybe try amazon? Some items I noticed can be shipped to Canada and some cannot. You need an account on amazon to find out.

one of the examples:

http://www.amazon.com/Seiko-SNQ097-Perpetual-Calendar-Finish/dp/B002KFZO04/ref=sr_1_1?s=watches&ie=UTF8&qid=1299477197&sr=1-1

My husband bought his last automatic Seiko at amazon.ca for $270.  (that's right, the canadian site)

Oooooooooo, quite like that one, and very reasonably priced.

I'm on my second Citizen Eco-Drive, this time a BL5295-55 and absolutely love it. The perpetual calendar is a must if it displays the date, and I'm partial to never needing to replace the battery.

Not ga-ga over them, but do find watches an interesting personal accessory. Want to know what you wind up with!

Citizen Skyhawk Eco Drive, had it for 3 years, don't think it lost a second yet.
