That is a different knock off bullrun that has no affiliation with the real Bullrun. I asked Andy Duncan (owner Bullrun LLC) about it last year when the site first popped up; not sanctioned in anyway. I was around and involved with Bullrun for the past few years, friends with a lot of the 'stars' of season 2 and 3 and some who do the live rally. Even got to be in the starting line in 2009. It is a shell of its former self.
The real Bullrun was in Calgary in 2008.
I believe Bullrun is running from Miami to Las Vegas this year.
