Not wanting to steal the thunder of the other thread, here's an interesting story that just hit the papers.  Molson/Coors takes on a little guy:

While I think this reflects poorly on Molson-Coors, I think the real failure is in the government agency that decided they should be allowed to trademark a common noun in the first place. That's just asinine.
