Classic Car/Bike Insurance, Ontario

Any suggestions for a classic insurer for an old ducati in Ontario? Limited mileage classic policy wanted.

Also any pointers for classic dealers/ garages as it'll need some work. It's one of the early belt-drive desmo V's.

Am also thinking about a classic car; if that has to be 25 years old minimum that means 1985 and back?

Silver Wheels is one company I recall but there was another company out of New Hamburg .....best best bet is to look up 'Old Autos' and buy one. It is a Canadian publication decided to old cars and has advertising there that will help you. They may even be online.

There are several companies that offer collector car programs, including Lant & Co. www.lant-ins.ca (Silver Wheels and Custom Wheels), Zehr Insurance Brokers www.zehrinsurance.com, Whetter Oaklin www.classiccarcoverage.com or www.whetteroaklininsurance.com, Crosslands General (no website), and Echelon www.echelon-insurance.ca.
