..Does a Charged individual get their own sample if blood is drawn?...and can they present those results (if favourable-obviously)despite their being analysed on a NON GOV approved machine?...................
is this part of the Contrary proof rejection LAW.......just when and how are these little incremental "baby laws" enacted in the LIGHT of Day or in some backroom committee...and do U as a Lawyer have any CONCERNS of "Bracket creep".....things like
STUNT DRIVING/RACING/.05% limit appearing suddenly a 60% reduction from 0.08% by the way.........
